Gondola Ride through San Marco
A must-do in Venice!
Pros
- A bucket-list type of experience
- Fun and peaceful riding through the canals of Venice
- Awesome photos
- See accordion players and vocalists on other gondolas passing by
Cons
- Be careful not to tip the gondola!
- For photos, everyone had to crawl or stay low as they made their way to the front of the gondola (risk of falling & tipping over=stress)
- We got yelled at when one of the girls went to the front for a second round of photos. This could depend on the gondolier, but you get one opportunity to snap photos at the front.

Restaurante E Pizzaria Venezia for lunch
Aperol Spritz + Fettuccini Alfredo + Pizza
Rating: 5/10
I would recommend trying a different restaurant in Venice. The food here was, unfortunately, a total let-down. It was bland and flavorless.
If you are expecting to order a beer here, don’t. My friend was served a non-alcoholic beer.
Nonetheless, the atmosphere was pleasant and we enjoyed our time here.

Wine Tasting & Dinner @ Agriturismo Lunardelli
6 different wines: Raboso (red) & Moscato (white) were my favorites
Throughout the wine tasting, we were served bread, pizza, pasta, cheese, and potato chips
The owners are very friendly, offering wonderful service and food.
Overall, Venice is a wonderful place to visit.
In my opinion, you only need 1 or 2 days to explore here.
I recommend arriving in Venice early because it got very crowded by mid-day.
Food and merchandise were relatively cheap here, so souvenir shopping is a must!
Highlights:
- Gondola Ride
- Wine tasting
